I can’t deny it, no point in trying to hide it

Ya you’re the one who brings those sparkling smiles to my face, That glistening shine to my eyes

But it’s true I fear something, If I am to get anymore attached or fall for you so hard I black out

Will you leave me there crying alone without a goodbye, Or dip the first chance you get out?

 

Yes, it is true you tell me many things that one should take as assurance

But the words spoken from your lips are not only yours alone

Some have yet to be spoken, Others previously told

 

But when it all comes down to it, This is what I can’t help but think at times…

Now I did not commit a crime, These are just some thoughts that run through my mind…

 

If I were forced to be with another guy, I would push myself to suicide

If I were forced to see you go and die, I would go before you hoping you would survive

 

My breaths of inhale is for you, Exhaling is for “us”

But are you with me for like or for lust, A booty call or true trust?

 

Know something…

 

I’d put my life on the line for you,

Sacrifice my soul to the devil

 

And because of you…

 

Now my life is so amazingly breathe taking,

Mind boggling,

And at times even heart stopping

 

I wanna know now, Do you fell how I’m feeling?

Are you truly down for me?

Or did you just decide to settle with choice number three?

 

I just hope that when the moment of truth comes, you have the heart to be true to me,

And not hurt nor decisive me!

The Greek mythology of Medusa!

Medusa, the name alone is unique. Her story is even better. Medusa is from greek mythology, there are many myths about her, as there are many different versions of her story but the one I’ve read up on goes a little like this. Medusa was a beautiful maiden, but she deiceved Athena and her temple. How you might ask? She did this by sleeping with Poseidon, who is Athena’s husband. Athena was so angry and high tempered by the inncident that had just occurred that she turned Medusa’s hair into live snakes. Medusa was later killed by the hero Perseus with the assistance of Hermes and Athena. Medusa was killed by decapitation by Perseus. Medusa’s head was given to Athena who then placed it in the center of her Aegis (bright-edged thunder cloud that Zeus used).  Athena wore this over her breast plates. That there was the fate and the end of Medusa. It is said that with the slightest gaze upon her would turn you into stone.

How High School makes me feel!

I am only a freshmen but so far High School is really difficult to adjust to I mean I still haven’t found a steady homework routine or a tutoring one and its close to the end of the year. That’s not really good on my part but I really do try. There are times when I do get lazy I’m not gonna lie and i might not do homework or pay attention sometimes in class but for the most part i do try. I actually like school to be quiet honest, even though people think it’s weird and no, it’s not just the people at school i like. I mean i like that also but, I honestly do like to learn. I’m going threw a hard time rite now though, I recently lost a lot of people i thought were my friends, I have quite a few people mad at me, My grades slightly dropped, Cheer-leading try-outs are coming up, and there is just a lot more drama and stress but that’s just High School for you. Those are my thoughts so far on High School if for some reason i forgot something or feel the need to expand then my thoughts as well as my writing pieces shall also expand. Good bye for now! 

The place i adore

Once I enter, I don’t wanna leave. I come, I eat, I laugh…what more could i ask for? It’s a place for family it’s a place for friends, I eat in the kitchen I relax in the den. I hear lots of stories I share many laughs, I discuss the future and look back on the past. I greatly admire my grandma Rose’s house, for it is filled with memories that i cherish and love. My grandma’s house is not a big place nor is it new. Some people mite take a look at it and walk away not commenting, but take a look at the place from my heart and you shall see it true beauty. I enter through the front door, looking straight ahead at the kitchen. The kitchen, Aww a place where such wondrous scents are created, the feeling of the sopapilla mixture that feels like play-dough going through your fingers, and dishes with a taste so unique and magnificent that no one could dare to imitate them are all created in the kitchen. The smell of the homemade chili my grandma and I make is so hot and zingy that inhaling the scent makes you cough, your eyes water, and you feel as if your in the blender getting blended with all the fiery hotness getting flushed down your throat. The play-dough like sopapilla mixture is mushy, but as I continue to knead it, it grows thick and rough, as it leaves white flour on my hands and under my nails. Be careful, you don’t wanna sneeze in a situation like this, but there i go. Achoo! As i feel my face with white floury goodness! I start toward the den by making a left, and now I’m facing the den. The place where i have many memories, laughs, and the known place from my past. the thing i most admire and remember about this place is the big love seat my grandma had in the corner of the den. My grandma and I would always sit there eating fruit and vegetables while watching some of our favorite movies and shows. Movies like The Color Purple, The Labyrinth, Roots, and Good Burger, some f our favorite shows were Laura, Everybody loves Raymond, Little House on The Prairie, Unwrapped, and Golden Girls. In the den a lot of talks occurred between my grandma and I. Especially talks that consisted of my past memories and future plans. We also talked a lot about the past and history of the house, like how my great grandpa Antanacio built this house with the help of my grandpa in 1963. My grandpa has lived in this house for 45 years, and will continue to for as long as he lives. Its plain to see my grandma’s house means the world to me. It’s not the best of the best and it may not be the cream of the crop, but in my book it’s number one at the very top.

Hey my name is Rose this is my new kinda in a way you could say a my-space but not quiet its just to have more fun in school, because to be honest well English is great but we do use it twenty four seven and it could get kinda boring. This is really interesting though i love computers and i love getting the chance to meet new people its great i mean school is a place to meet new people so don’t get me wrong but there aren’t a lot of good people left in this world and I’m just very lucky to have met the few that are good and good to me but this website should help me meet more great people well write me sometime and check out my pieces even if they just might be for school maybe they could be interesting.
